Roberto Mancini has informed that Manchester City's chances of success in the Premier League and Champions League next year depend on not repeating the errors of last summer's recruitment drive. He thinks it is "impossible" to sell people before purchasing, as was the plan, with Mancini directing to Bayern Munich, who after acquiring the Bundesliga have consented to purchase Borussia Dortmund's Mario GAtze. Within the last close time Mancini missed from his five first-choice goals of Robin van Persie, Eden Hazard, Javi MartAnez, Daniele De Rossi and Daniel Agger, and was forced to stay for Jack Rodwell, Scott Sinclair, Matija Nastasic, Javi GarcAa and Maicon. "It is very important that people perform well," said Mancini. "From today to August 30 [the close of the exchange window], we [must] work very well and not like a year ago. Bayern have criticised City because of their lavish-spending method of developing a successful club.
