March 28, 2013 11:12:00 PM Fifa recently said that something will be implemented with this year's Confederations Cup and 2014 World Cup, and will be arriving at the English top flight in the 2013-14 campaign Fifa have confirmed that the program is likely to be executed in time for the 2013 Confederations Cup in the summer, as well as the 2014 World Cup. There have been several much talked about incidents in the past few years, including Frank Lampard's strike against Germany at the 2010 World Cup which crossed the line, as well as Victor Anichebe's work for Everton against Newcastle this season, where technology could have aided referees in decision-making.
