Defender George McCartney is also fit after nearly four months out with a knee problem, but back-up goalkeeper Raphael Spiegel is out so Stephen Henderson has been recalled from his loan at Ipswich.

Morrison suffered a hamstring injury during the goalless draw against Stoke a fortnight ago and was forced to withdraw from international duty with Scotland.

Head coach Steve Clarke has confirmed striker Peter Odemwingie is part of the squad, despite his latest Twitter attacks against the club which are being investigated internally.

Match NotesWest Ham's prospects appear exciting, following the Olympic Stadium news, and manager Sam Allardyce will see this fixture at their spiritual home as a stepping stone to securing his own future.

Victory would move them closer to certain safety, helping Allardyce's contract negotiations. West Brom head coach Steve Clarke will not be aided here by his dilemma over whether to use Peter Odemwingie following the player's latest outburst.
