Fulham's Dejagah to miss rest of season - FRANCE 24

Fulham's Iranian-German midfielder Ashkan Dejagah (D) vies with Swansea City's English defender Garry Monk (M) and Dutch defender Dwight Tiendalli throughout the English Premier League at Craven Cottage in London, England on December 29, 2012. - Fulham's Iranian-German midfielder Ashkan Dejagah has been eliminated for the rest of the season having an ankle injury. Dejagah can undergo surgery to repair foot tendon injury suffered if the Iran global collided by having an advertising board throughout Fulham's 3-2 win over QPR in the Premier League on April 1. The 26-year-old is expected to have the operation a few weeks and Fulham manager Martin Jol confirmed on Thursday that Dejagah will not play again this strategy. "Ashkan Dejagah requires an operation on his ankle ligament. That will be a few weeks and I do believe he'll be out for the rest of the season," Jol said. Tehran-born Dejagah joined Fulham from German club Wolfsburg this past year and had satisfied Jol in his 24 appearances for the west London club prior to the damage.
