FA Cup semi-final ticket news update III - Manchester City FC

The Club's allocation of ambulant tickets and limited allocation for 2012-13 City Kicks Members that do not qualify in their own right, have now SOLD OUT.

There are a small number of restricted view tickets available for this fixture, which will qualify for a £10 reduction on the above prices.

All restricted view seating will be sold last, and supporters will be advised at the point of sale if they are purchasing a restricted view seat.

*With the exception of Disabled wheelchair users who will be able to purchase and collect from the Ticket Office, located on the first floor of the City Store.

Subject to availability, tickets will be available online at www.mcfc.co.uk/tickets and by telephone on +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 2)** for supporters that meet the following criteria;

**Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket and all tickets will be despatched via first class post and sent to the registered address of the purchasing supporter.

Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club and a valid supporter number before they can log into their account via the website.

If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address.

Gold Members will be awarded 20 loyalty points for attending this fixture. Platinum Members will be awarded 40 loyalty points.

The following groups will receive an allocation of tickets for this match: Supporters, Seasonal Hospitality Supporters, Owner, Board of Directors, Football Management, Players, Club Officials and Staff, Former Players, Club Partners and the MCFC Supporters Club.

Ambulant supporters must now purchase tickets at the full price for both themselves and their assistant by calling +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 2).

Disabled supporters who meet the qualifying criteria and wish to purchase a ticket should visit the Ticket Office located on the first floor of the City Store or call the disabled ticket line on +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1).

Supporters are advised that the limited allocation of tickets set aside for 2012/13 City Kicks Platinum and Gold Members for purchase with a qualifying Adult Membership holder, regardless of their loyalty point status and enrolment on the FA Cup Scheme have now SOLD OUT.

To purchase a ticket for the FA Cup Semi-Final, 2012/13 City Kicks Platinum and Gold Members must now qualify for a ticket in their own right in line with the qualifying sales criteria.

Please note: If the supporter number used is that of an adult, then only an adult ticket may be purchased. This also applies to under 16s and over 65s.

We would like to remind everyone why we have the best supporters in the country.  On your visit to Wembley Stadium, please respect the stewards and staff and we ask that you:

Entry to the Stadium will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from the Club, this applies to all supporters irrespective of age, in line with The Football Associations Conditions of Issue.

The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Wembley Stadium as a result of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller.

The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

Tickets for this match are sold subject to the acceptance of The Football Association Conditions of Issue (available upon request).

All tickets are sold subject to availability and are issued subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited's 2012-13 Membership Terms and Conditions of Sale and Wembley Stadium's ground regulations.
