According to a study from the Daily Mail (who, at the time of writing, used a mislabeled photo of Jonathan Williams rather than the correct one), Bolton Wanderers and Dougie Freedman are very, very thinking about Crystal Palace midfielder Owen Garvan. The 25-year-old has been with Crystal Palace for three periods and will be out of agreement come early july. Garvan, a Republic of Ireland global with U21 limits and goals in his past, has been at Crystal Palace since 2010, when he signed from Ipswich Town for a comparatively small fee. In his time at Palace, Garvan has 78 hearings for the Eagles in all competitions with five goals to his name. He is a central midfielder that has a tendency to fall into line in a far more advanced position, similar to that of Mark Davies. With Davies facing at least seven more weeks out following a leg injury found against Peterborough, Bolton are lacking in key approaching alternatives. The Trotters have no shortage of players that call the center of the park their property, having employed Medo Kamara, Darren Pratley, Keith Andrews, Josh Vela, and Stu Holden there already this season, among additional options.
